With over 15 years Global HR experience, Penny has held several key HR leadership positions within the Retail food, luxury Fashion industry, Advertising, Financial Services, Technology and Non-Profit. Key responsibilities have included; driving core management skills programs, recruitment initiatives/strategies, providing counsel/advocacy for Line Managers, Training, Performance Evaluation HR Consulting, Employee Relations Engagement, and Recruitment services.
